STFX BIPOC Varsity Association.

My name is Aliyah Fraser. I am a second-year student studying Health Sciences and a member of the women's basketball team at STFX. As a woman of color, I am very aware of the struggles BIPOC athletes face on a daily basis and have experienced these struggles firsthand. My project aims to collect data on the struggles of BIPOC athletes and partner with institutions to adapt to their needs. I will be collecting data through surveys and connecting with BIPOC athletes on campus to understand how the university can accommodate their needs.
